where we kayak

The Kadavu Island group is found in the south of the Fiji Islands, in the middle of the South Pacific Ocean. It is a remote and rugged place, surrounded by one of the world's largest coral reefs.

The lifestyle of most of Kadavu's people continues largely unchanged from previous generations. There are few roads and no large towns. Small villages dot the coastline. Most people get around either on foot or by boat.

Kadavu: remote, rugged, scenic, traditional, warm, friendly, unique.
"As I glided over a pristine coral garden I knew I'd come to a very, very special place. I'll leave feeling I've been somewhere unspoiled and precious."
Tony, New Zealand.
