5- & 7-day family journeys

Tamarillo offers family-friendly expeditions, for people of all ages. With the help of our friendly guides, children can fully experience the culture, nature and adventure of Kadavu in safety.

These exciting adventures offer so much more than a regular, resort-based childrens program.

The kids can sea-kayak whenever it's safe to do so, either with their parents or one of the guides in a double sea-kayak.

If conditions get too tough, or they've simply had enough, the motorised support boat will be there to carry them along.

Tamarillo employs extra guides on the Family Journeys to ensure the safety of the young ones at all times, on the water and off.

5-day and 7-day Family Journey itineraries:

The Family Journeys follow the same itinerary as in the other 5- and 7-day options listed. What's different is the pace of the trips, and the back-up support available. We over-night in the same places, but each day is designed with family groups in mind.

The guides will arrange special activities for the children, such as school visits, waterfall swims, craft-making and jungle walks, along with plenty of sea-kayaking and snorkeling adventures.

Equally important, the adults will experience world-class sea-kayaking and snorkeling, cultural exchanges, friendship and adventure, ensuring all family members take home memories of a precious shared experience.
